This SPA updates reimbursement rates for Dental Services.

This SPA updates the the Current Dental Terminology (CDT) dental codes to the CDT 2023 (“CDT-23”) code set and the supplemental payment amount for eligible codes.

This plan amendment revises the payment rates for
adult day health services.

This amendment adds coverage of biopsychosocial treatment of obesity services provided by licensed registered
dieticians in federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics. 

This amendment updates the alternative benefit plan to include coverage requirements for routine patient costs associated with participation in clinical trials and extends the prescription drug supply limit from thirty (30) days to ninety (90) days for the Health Indiana Plan (HIP) Basic group.

Proposes to amend the pharmacy pages provisions to cover select non-legend drug products.

This amendment proposes to remove obsolete pages from Attachment 2.6-A of the state plan.
