1) Remove coverage for drugs used for anorexia, weight loss, and weight gain from the Pharmacy coverage pages.

2) Modify language on the Pharmacy coverage pages to reflect coverage of selective over-the-counter (OTC) medications.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to rescind premiums and cost-sharing. It reverts to co-pay amounts prior to the public health emergency (PHE) with exception of services, drugs, test and vaccines for treatment of COVID-19.

OR-23-0001

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to allow Tribal 638 Health Programs enrolled with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) as an FQHC to use the Indian Health Service Memorandum of Understanding All-inclusive Rate (IHS MOU AIR Rate) for Medicaid reimbursement, rather than a clinic-specific Prospective Payment System (PPS) Rate as an Alternative Payment Methodology (APM).

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to allow the state to implement temporary policies while returning to normal operations after the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to temporarily extend for one year the following disaster relief flexibilities: targeted case management, telehealth, drug benefit, and behavioral health home requirements.

MA-22-0024

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to add supplemental payments to inpatient hospitals, rate increases for family planning and sterilization services and add payment to pediatric enteral and all medically necessary formulas dispensed by a pharmacy.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to rescind the updates to the definition of a visit to include telehealth services in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), and Tribal Health programs and rescinds the addition of associate marriage and family therapist (AMFT) and associate clinic social workers (ASW) in FQHCs and RHCs that were originally approved under CA Disaster Relief SPA 20-0024 on May 12, 2020.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to allow the state to implement temporary policies while returning to normal operations after the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to temporarily extend the suspension of copay and premium requirements for all members originally approved in Disaster Relief SPA 20-0001.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to rescind the reimbursement and coverage for swing beds in Critical Access Hospitals in AR-20-0024.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to rescind the $35.50 for in home vaccinations in AR-21-0017.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to rescind the increase reimbursement for vaccine administration and counseling in AR-21-0012
