This SPA implements the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Program in the state.

This SPA expanded eligibility in the former foster care children (FFCC) eligibility group consistent with the changes mandated by Section 1002 of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities (Support) Act.

This amendment proposes to provide services to identified recipients under age 21 to improve family functioning by clinically stabilizing the living arrangement, promoting reunification, or preventing the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic venues (i.e., psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, or residential treatment services).

This amendment adjusts the home maintenance allowance for the elderly, blind and disabled population based on the cost
of living adjustment (COLA) for year 2023.

This amendment updates the state’s third-party liability obligations in Attachment 4.22-A of the Medicaid State Plan.

This SPA adopts the changes to the eligibility rules for the Former Foster Care Children eligibility group, as enacted by the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities (SUPPORT) Act.

This amendment proposes to continue funding
for qualified inpatient DSH and supplemental payments for qualified outpatient hospitals that participate in Medical Assistance (MA) programs.

This plan increases the rates for Medically Monitored Residential Withdrawal Management.
