This amendment proposes to change the eligibility rules for the Former Foster Care Children eligibility groups, as enacted by the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opiod Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities (SUPPORT) Act, Pub. L. No. 115-217, section 1002.
