This amendment makes changes to the delivery of Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports per state law change.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to to make a one-time, lump-sum payment to all Mississippi hospitals eligible for supplemental payments under federal and state laws and regulations upon CMS approval and not later than the end of the federal Public Health Emergency.

This amendment proposes to add mandatory Medicaid State Plan Coverage of Medication Assisted Treatment.

This amendment allows the 240 service unit limit per client for targeted case management services to be exceeded if medically necessary.
