CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to allow the state to implement temporary policies while returning to normal operations after the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to temporarily extend the disregard of accumulated resources that was approved effective 11/2/20 in Disaster Relief SPA OH-22-0012.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to allow the state to implement temporary policies while returning to normal operations after the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to disregard all economic impact payments or rebates authorized under section 2201 of the CARES Act, Sections 2 & 3 of The COVID-related Tax Relief Act of 2020, and section 9601 of The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
