LA-23-0001

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency.  The purpose of this amendment is to increase bonus payments to personal care services and targeted case management providers in order to address the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) and in accordance with the State’s approved Home and Community Based Services spending plan authorized under Section 9817 of the American Rescue Plan Act.

ND-23-0007

State is increasing the rates for the following 1915(i) services: peer support, family peer support, and training and supports for unpaid caregivers. Other revisions to the state plan include modifications to the requirements of care coordinators, individual provider qualifications for the housing support service, and the quality remediation process for quality measures in the state plan.
