This amendment is to add authority for the Community Care of North Carolina (CCNC) Primaty Care Case Management Entity (PCCMe) program to provide payments to fee-for-service (FFS) providers on behalf of the State, as described by 42 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 438.2.

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to add homemaker services during the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) for Idaho’s 1915(i) HCBS Adult Developmental Disability Program. The SPA also authorizes a waiver of signatures for drug dispensing during the PHE.

The State is changing the implementation date of the previously approved MN-22-0017 SPA as well as incorporating permanent funding for the moving expense allowance in Housing Stabilization - Transition Services.

This Amendment updates the Third Party Liability attestation in the Arkansas Medicaid State Plan.

This SPA amendment is to end the use of the electronic Asset Verification System (AVS) to determine or redetermine Medicaid eligibility for all Aged, Blind and Disabled (ABD) program applicants and recipients

This SPA amendment is to allow for facilitated enrollment of California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) beneficiaries into the Medicaid program without a separate financial eligibility determination.

This SPA updated the ambulance transportation quality assurance fee expiration date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2028
