This SPA updates the federal poverty levels (FPLs) for its premium and cost sharing fee categories in Alabama's CHIP program, ALL Kids, to be consistent with Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) eligibility levels. The state also makes necessary editorial changes to accommodate previously approved Affordable Care Act SPAs.

Provides coverage to a separate CHIP, for children subject to Section 2101 (f) of the ACA.
