The SPA amends the provisions governing the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) eligibility determinations. Through this SPA, Louisiana will accept CHIP eligibility determinations made by the FFM.
To amend the provisions governing Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) eligibility determinations. Through this SPA, Louisiana will only accept assessments of CHIP eligibility from the FFM rather than accept CHIP eligibility determinations made by the FFM.
