This SPA describes NY\u2019s policy to provide retroactive coverage for newborns if the application is received within 60 days after birth, and implements two CHIP Health Services Initiatives (HSI) by providing funding to: 1) support the training of school officials and staff to administer naloxone rescue kits to reverse opioid overdoses, and2) support the provision of emergency meals and nutrition education to low-income children and their families.

NJ-17-0025

This SPA implements three health services initiatives (HSIs) to improve the health of children by providing title XXI funding to: l) support the Pediatric Psychiatry Collaborative, which enhances care coordination and provider education, 2) provide grants to local organizations to promote enrollment of children into the New Jersey Birth Defects and Autism Registry, and 3) support the state's existing Supplemental Prenatal Care Program (SPCP).

ND-CHIPSPA-11

This SPA updates its service delivery contractors to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBS) and Delta Dental of Minnesota (DDMN), and proposes additional pharmacy benefits, with corresponding new cost-sharing requirements. In addition, this SPA increases the dollar limitation amounts for hearing aids, eyeglass frames and lens, and medical equipment and supplies, and provides new benefit coverage for routine circumcision.

This SPA makes the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) Program model accessible on a voluntary basis to children in Montana's separate CHIP, Healthy Montana Kids.

AR-17-0006

Allows Arkansas to obtain federal funding to expand coverage to otherwise eligible lawfully residing, non-citizen targeted low income children under section 214 of the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009. OnOctober 26,2017, the state received approval for the same type of amendment under Medicaid SPA, AR-17-0007.

MI-17-0018-CHIP

This SPA makes operational changes related to the administration of Michigan's current health services initiative (HSI) that provides lead abatement services in the homes of low-income children and pregnant women.

GA-17-0023

Through this SPA, Georgia updates Section 12.2 of the CHIP state plan to describe the review process for health services matters and the State Fair Hearing process.

Through this SPA, Colorado amends its previously approved Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) Methodology template. Colorado began using a methodology to \u00E5nnualize income types that frequently fluctuate, such as seasonal earned income, on January 1,2016.
