The purpose of the SPA is to implement a statewide fee schedule reimbursement for case management services in accordance with 2018 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2418, Section 132.

This SPA provides Idaho with an exception to 42 CFR 455.502(b) - which requires contracting with a Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC).

Implements the Oral Health Connections dental pilot program.

This removes restrictions on home health and private duty nursing services that are provided in a place of residence.

This modifies the State Plan to identify Delaware's Asset Verification System (AVS) vendor, Public Consulting Group, Inc.

Increases flexibility by moving some requirements from the State Plan into the broker agreement and to expand the types of transportation providers, allow for mileage reimbursement and transportation to non-Medicaid providers.

Will add pharmacists under the "Other Licensed Practitioner" provider category so that Medi-Cal may reimburse these providers for services for already-covered medications.

This amendment revises the effective date for only those fee schedules for services that are based upon the Medicare fee.

Allow the Mississippi Division of Medicaid to include Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) services as covered and reimbursed by the coordinated Care organizations (CCOs).
