VA-18-007

This describes the methodology used by the state for determining the appropriate FMAP rates, including the increased FMAP rates, available under the provisions of the Affordable Care Act applicable for the medical assistance expenditures under the Medicaid program associated with enrollees in the new adult group adopted by the state and described in Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §435.119.

NE-18-0007

This clarifies that the licensed clinicians for the service of peer support do not have to be certified as peer support workers in order to supervise the service. This also excludes the current language about billing, as billing information is not needed in the SPA.

MS-18-0009

This allows the Division of Medicaid to reimburse Indian Health Services up to five (5) outpatient visits per beneficiary per calendar day for professional services at the most current applicable rates published in the Federal Register or Federal Register Notices effective June 1, 2018.

CA-18-0033

This allows the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to extend the supplemental payment program for certain physician services for an additional 12 months from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
