This State Plan Amendment is adding back language related to final DSH redistributions and adding language regarding final DSH redistributions and unspent allotment payments to bankrupt-liquidation and closed hospitals.

Updates the state plan Outpatient Differential Adjusted Payment.

Updates the Inpatient Differential Adjusted Payment (DAP) Program for FFY 2024.

This SPA updates the State Plan to reflect DSH Pool 5 funding and participating hospitals for FY 2022, effective September 30, 2021.
