This amendment was submitted to comply with the mandatory Medicaid program coverage of adult vaccinations under the Inflation Reduction Act.

This amendment proposes to continue provisions previously approved through disaster relief SPAs.

This SPA is to amend the provisions governing Targeted Case Management (TCM) under the New Opportunities Waiver (NOW), Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT), and EarlySteps programs in order the clarify language and ensure the requirements for TCM services are accurately reflected throughout the State Plan.

The purpose of this amendment is to comply with Section 5112 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (CAA, 2023) amended Titles XIX to require that states provide 12 months of continuous eligibility (CE) for children under the age of 19 in Medicaid.
