Revises qualifications for behavioral health rehabilitation specialists and behavior health case managers.

This SPA describes the methodology used by the state for determining the appropriate FMAP rates, including the increased FMAP rates, available under the provisionn of the Affordable Care Act applicable for the medical assistance expenditures under the Meddicaid program associated with enrollees in the new adult group adopted by the state.

This amendment proposes to allow for the inclusion of Medicaid managed care utilization for the accrual of supplemental rebates through the SSDC IOWA Medicaid Supplemental Drug Rebate Agreement.

Removes sunset language that was included in the state's initial 1915(k) Community First Choice WA-15-0002 submission regarding provider trainings and other Home and Community-Based settings requirements that the state has completed.
