Prior authorization requirements for hospital dental clinics and freestanding dental clinics for identified dental services and requirements for documentation of medical necessity for high cost procedures by dental clinics.

To reduce the pass through payment for hospital services for the nursing facility per diem to 95% of the nursing facility's per diem rate.

To include barbiturates used in the treatment of epilepsy, cancer, or a chronic mental health disorder, and benzodiazepines in Part D drug coverage.

To reimburse services rendered by physician assistants at 90% of the applicable fee on the physician fee schedule.
