CT-10-004

This SPA was submitted to my office on March 3 1,201 0 and proposed an amendment to the State's approved Title XIX State Plan to implement required provisions of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008, P.L. 1 10-275, commonly referred to as MIPPA.

CT-10-005

This SPA transmitted a proposed amendment to Connecticut's approved Title XIX State Plan to expand the State's Medicaid Program to include tuberculosis-related services described under § 1902(z)(2) of the Social Security Act.

CT-10-007

This proposed plan transmitted an amendment to the approved Title XIX State plan proposing to amend Title XIX of Connecticut's State Plan to implement the new Asset Verification System (AVS) requirement under 5 1940(a)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act.

CT-10-009

This SPA transmitted a proposed amendment to Connecticut's approved Title XIX State Plan to expand the State's Medicaid Program under the Affordable Care Act, §1902(a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII) of the Social Security Act.

CT-10-011

This SPA proposed an amendment to the State's approved Title XIX State Plan to increase the number of allowed individuals in a group therapy visit from eight (8) to twelve (12).

CT-10-013

This SPA proposed an amendment to the State's approved Title XIX State Plan to limit reimbursement for eyeglasses to one pair per year for adults aged 21 or over.

CT-10-014

This proposed plan transmitted an amendment to the approved Title XIX State plan proposing to increase the amount of resources that the spouse of an institutionalized individual can retain, otherwise known as the Community Spouse Protected Amount (CSPA).

CT-10-019

This SPA transmitted a proposed amendment to Connecticut's approved Title XIX State Plan to change the payment methodology pertaining to physician's radiology by eliminating payment of the technical and professional components at 50% of the global component.

CT-10-022

This SPA transmitted a proposed amendment to Connecticut's approved Title XIX State Plan to allow the State to negotiate supplemental rebates for covered outpatient drugs to Connecticut's Medicaid beneficiaries using The Optimal PDL $olution (TOP$) multi-State supplemental rebate agreement (SRA).
