WV-09-04

The purpose of this plan amendment is to update the reimbursement methodology for speech, hearing and language services amd utilize a discounted Medicare fee schedule where applicable.

WV-10-001

This amendment modifies the State's methods and standards for setting payment rates for inpatient hospital services. Specifically, this amendment extends certain special payments provided to prospective payment hospitals and to safety net hospitals.

WV-10-02

This deemed newborn plan amendment eliminates the restriction that a newborn, to remain Medicaid eligible, must return home from the hospital to live with the mother.

WV-10-03

This SPA increases the resource standards for dual eligibles under the Medicare Savings Programs in accordance with Section 212 of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Provider (MIPPA) of 2008.

WV-10-04

This SPA provides for a more liberal resource disregard for Medicaid beneficiaries who are eligible under the special income level. The amount of the disregard is the benefits that are paid to or on behalf of an individual who is a beneficiary under a qualified long tenn care insurance policy.

WY-10-003

This amendment modifies the reimbursement methodology for nursing facility payments by removing language that provides for annual inflation increases.

WY-10-004

This amendment modifies the reimbursement methodology for inpatient hospital payments by removing language that provides for annual inflation increases.
