This amendment modifies the State's reimbursement methodology for setting payment rates for inpatient hospital services. Specifically, the State proposes to increase the disproportionate share hospital payments to private hospitals that meet the eligibility requirements of Section (I11)(A) of the State's plan, but do not meet Social Security Act Section l923(b) to 100% of the current distribution.

This amendment provides for supplemental payments, funded by a quality assurance fee, for private hospital inpatient service for the service period of January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016.

Freezes rates for Targeted Case Management for Children and Adults with serious emotional disturbance or severe and persistent mental illness or substance abuse disorder.
