This amendment is to implement the Medicaid/Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Provider Screening and Enrollment provision under Section 6401 of the Affordable Care Act and Section 1866(j)(2)(A) of the Act to establish procedures under which screening is conducted with respect to providers of medical or other forms of service under Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP.

Recovery Audit Contractors.

This amendment updates the school based services fee schedule by an average of 3.55 percent.

Reasonable Limits on Medical Care.

This amendment increases the rate paid to Adult family and licensed boarding homes contracted to provide assisted living and enhanced adult residential care and services. This increase was necessitated by the passage of initiative 1163, which increased training, certification and background check requirements for providers.

This change renews the effective date for drug rebate contracts.

Ajusts the payment rates for the Day Activities and Health Services (DAHS) program to be equal to the payment rates in effect on August 31, 2014 plus an additional $0.15 increase to the base rate.
