LA-11-32-NIRT

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the provisions goveming the reimbursement methodology for nursing facilities to ensure that the provisions goveming private room conversions aze consistent with the increase in the fair rental value minimum occupancy percentage.

LA-11-33-Pharm

Under this SPA, the State proposes to change the maximum prescription refills for a non-controlled drug from five refills with a six month expiration period to eleven refills with a one year expiration period. In addition, the State further defines the expiration date for valid prescriptions.

LA-11-34-NIRT

The purpose of this amendment is to pmvide for supplemental payments to inpatient small nual hospitals that enter into an agreement with a state or local govemmental entity for the pucpose of providing healthcaze services to low income and ncedy patients.

LA-12-04-NIRT

The purpose of this SPA is to amend the reimbursement methodology for inpatient hospital payments to non-state distinct part psychiatric units that enter into a cooperative endeavor agreement with the Department of Health and Hospitals, Office of Behavioral Health.

LA-12-05-NIRT

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the reimbursement methodology for DSH payments to non-state distinct part psychiatric units that enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Department of Health and Hospitals Office of Behavioral Health.

MA-11-006

This amendment inserts language into the State plan concerning a nursing ho,e patient paid amount deduction for non-covered, necessary remedial care expenses in the three months prior to eligibility.

ME-11-009

This SPA transmitted a proposed amendment to Maine's approved Title XIX State plan to amend its State Plan so that the State can be in compliance with the mandatory provision in Section 2302 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), entitled Hospice Care for Children. Section 2302 requires that children are able to receive hospice and curative care concurrently.

ME-12-001

This proposed SPA transmitted an amendment to Maine's approved Title XIX State plan to increase the optional State supplementary payment levels. You took this action to reflect an increase in the Supplemental Security Income program Federal benefit rate.

MS-11-004

This SPA proposes to revise the payment methodology for inpatient hospital services. Specifically, the amendment proposes to deny payment for Provider Preventable conditions.

MS-12-007

This SPA allows the state to negotiate supplemental rebates for Medicaid covered outpatient prescription drugs to Mississippi beneficiaries using the Mississippi Medicaid Supplemental Drug Rebate Agreement and the Sovereign States Drug Addendum to the Member States' Agreements.
