These changes are being made to comply with 2011 Idaho Legislative direction in House Bill260. This change is a reduction in adult psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) service homes.

ID-11-015

This SPA substitutes the Payment Error Rate Management (PERM) review process for the Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control (MEQC) review process in State Fiscal Years 2012,2015, and 2018.

This SPA amends Idaho's current 1915(i) State plan benefit by adding clarifying language to the services available to eligible participants. In addition, this SPA adds language to indicate that on June 30, 2013, Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI), IBI consultation, Developmental Therapy (DT), and Children's Service Coordination (CSC) will sunset in Idaho's Basic and Enhanced Benchmark Benefit plans.

This SPA amendment was required by Section 6411 of the Affordable Care Act pertaining to the Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) program. Effecting December 31, 2010, Louisiana is attesting that they are establishing a Medicaid RAC progrem. The amendment does not have a dired impact on tribes, and did not require a tribal consultation

This state plan amendment establishes program criteria and reimbursement for mental health rehabilitation services for children and youth It eacpands services and changes substance abuse rehabilitation services.

LA-11-19-NIRT

The purpose of this amendment is to increase the direct care and care related price multiplier and to increase the fair rental value minimum occupancy percentage for the calculation of nursing facilities payments.
