Vaccine Rate Increase.

This amendment provides that Non-Designated Public Hospital Supplemental Fund Program inpatient hospital supplemental payments will continue to be made to eligible hospitals, under state plan authority effective July 1, 2014, after the expiration of California's Selective Provider Contracting Program.

Technical correction only to the effective date of SPA 14-003. Nebraska had initially requested an effective date of July 1, 2014 and the effective date should be November 1, 2014.

This SPA relates to Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) Eligibility and has an effective date of January 1, 2014.
