Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in which you propose to amend the method of providing transportation.

Establishes that the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will determine financial eligibility for most Medicaid programs using the new federal income rules.

Corrects the description of other relatives as it appears on State Plan S25 (Parents and Other Caretaker Relatives).

Updates the Medicaid state plan to provide state statutory citation, certification and description of the legal authority under which the Single State Agency, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) administers the Medicaid state plan.

This SPA adds language to Attachment 4.19-B to clarify the payment methodology for emergency transportation services.

Removes the Personal Care Option Services from its Medicaid State Plan.

Adds new procedure codes to the list of reimbursable services as part of the Dental Services and the Other Licensed Provider sections and to remove several procedurecodes as MaineCare reimbursable services.

The purpose of this State Plan Amendment is to update/clarify elements of the substance use/mental health rehabilitation SPA.

This amendment provides a 4% inflationary rate increase for Rural Health Clinics that enrolled as Medicaid providers before 12/31/12 to receive a one- time adjustment to their rate based on the 2013 Medicare cost report.
