This state plan amendment establishes that the State is using federally required modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) methodology for determining Medicaid eligibility criteria for children, parents and caretakers, pregnant women, and individuals under age 21 who were formerly under Texas conservatorship.

NY-14-031

The SPA extends the Ambulatory Patient Group (APG) methodology for outpatient services, (hospital based clinics, ambulatory surgery services, and emergency room services), for the period April 1, 2104 through December 31, 2014.

NE-14-05 -

This amendment modifies the Plan to remove references to an obsolete contracting process for setting reimbursement rates for specialized nursing facility services.

VA-14-0018

This SPA proposes to amend Eligibility Groups - Mandatory Coverage Former Foster Care Children S33 to cover children who were in foster care and on Medicaid in any State at the time they turned 18, or aged out of the foster care system.

VA-13-20

This SPA increases the maximum allowable gross annual earnings to $75,000 for participants in the Medicaid Buy-in-(MBI) program, Medicaid Works.
