NJ-14-01

This amendment proposes to remove barbiturates, benzodiazepines, and agents used to promote smoking cessation from the list of drugs the state Medicaid program may exclude from coverage or otherwise restrict in order to comply with the requirements of Section 2502(a) of the Affordable Care Act.

This amendment modified and extends Vital Access Provider I Safety Net Provider (VAP/SNP) enhanced payments to the North East Center for Special Care nursing facility through March 31, 2016.

This amendment proposes to extend the current Service Intensity Weights (SIW) and Average Lengths-of-Stay (LOS) used to calculate payments under the state's All Patient Refined Diagnosis Related Group (APR-DRG) reimbursement system for acute inpatient hospital services through June 30, 2014.

NY-14-20

This amendment proposes to set the inpatient hospital payment rate for those out-of-state hospitals in larger cities - with a population equal to or greater than 500,000 people - at a rate equal to the weighted average rate for in-state rate hospitals in the Downstate Region.

PR-13-003

This SPA is being submitted to comply with Section 2301 of the Affordable Care Act which requires states that recognize freestanding birth centers, and the services rendered by certain other professionals providing services in a freestanding birth center to cover the services provided by those centers and professionals as mandatory Medicaid services eligible for FFP.
