This SPA amendment intends to establish a fee schedule for rehabilitative services that are part of the Programs of Assertive Community Treatment.

Rural Access Pool.

This SPA updates the fee schedule for dental services under the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment program.

This amendment proposed a revision of the National Medicaid Pooling Initiative Supplemental Rebate Agreement( SRA) previously submitted to CMS on September 22, 2010 to include definitions and structural changes that would provide the option of including Medicaid managed care utilization for accrual of supplemental rebates.

The purpose of the amendment is to authorize tobacco cessation counseling services for pregnant women to comply with Section 4107 of the Affordable Care Act.

Revises the approved Title XIX State plan to implement the Modified Adjusted Gross Income -based income levels for the mandatory and optional coverage groups, including the new adult group.

Incorporates the MAGI-based eligibility process requirements, including the single streamlined application, into Massachusetts' Medicaid state plan in accordance with the Affordable Care Act.

The USVI proposes that effective January 1, 2014 it will pay Medicaid enrolled physicians for inpatient and outpatient procedures performed in an inpatient setting for Medicaid eligible patients at 1 00% of the current Medicare rates.

This SPA clarifies the State's non-financial eligibility policies on residency; citizenship; social security numbers; and substitution of coverage.

Provides coverage in a separate CHIP, as specified in the state's submission of CS14: Children Ineligible for Medicaid as a Result of the Elimination of Income Disregards.
