This amendment will update the Rehabilitative Services, Section 13.d of the Medicaid State Plan to align the description of a Mental Health Care Provider.

This amendment removes the requirement to obtain employer sponsored insurance as a condition of Medicaid eligibility.

This Amendment increases the income standard for its Optional Targeted Low-Income Children eligibility group.
