incorporates various Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) updates to the Physician Office & Outpatient, Physician-Radiology, Physician-Surgery, Psychology and Autism Spectrum Disorder Services fee schedules. In accordance with section 12 of Attachment 4.19-B of the State Plan, this SPA also updates the
physician fee schedule and incorporates the required annual update for reimbursement of physician administered drugs, immune globulins, vaccines and toxoids.

increases the inpatient rates for inpatient hospital facilities as approved during 2019 Florida Legislative Session

a new supplemental payment for acute care hospitals that have inpatient child and adolescent behavioral health units.

Increases Rates for Behavioral Health Services

makes changes to the Medicaid State Plan in the event of a decrease in Indiana's federal DSH allotment.

re-bases Nursing Facility and Nursing Facility for Mental Health payment rates for state fiscal year 2020. Also updates charts and exhibits with the State plan that demonstrate the revised factors and limits applicable to the rate period beginning with SFY 2020.
