This amendment provides a 2% rate increase for fiscal year 2020 and 1% effective July 1, 2021 and thereafter to nursing facilities to be applied to wages or salaries, health/dental benefits and retirement plans and/or a combination. 

CBCT Dental Fee Schedule Revisions and Addition of Composite Resin Fillings

Authorizes supplemental payments for voluntary sector hospitals, excluding government general hospitals, for the April 1, 2018 - March 31, 2019 period. 

Authorizes supplemental payments for the 2018 outpatient services of certain public general hospitals.

This State Plan Amendment increases Medicaid rate of payments for services provided by CHHAs to address cost increases stemming from enacted legislation and revision to reimbursement regulations, effective 1/1/2017.

The state is revising its policies to allow individuals to re-certify up to the last day of the month of the enrollment period. The state is also documenting transition of children into the State of Health (state's marketplace) for re-enrollment rather than going through the plans.
