This time-limited state plan amendment responds to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to waive all cost sharing for all beneficiaries, regardless of the ultimate diagnosis, for testing services and treatments for COVID-19, including vaccines, specialized equipment, and therapies.

This plan amendment updates the payment methods used to determine rates of payment for outpatient
psychiatric rates.

Modifies inpatient and outpatient reimbursement rates,including for critical care supplements, wage area adjustment indices for border status hospitals, cost-to-charge ratios, and outpatient access payments effective January 1, 2020
