The purpose of this state plan amendment is to adopt provisions governing reimbursement outside of the inpatient hospital per diem for donor human breast milk provided to hospitalized premature newborns in order to ensure access to an effective treatment to reduce the incidence of severe complications. 

This amendment updates the Other Rehabilitation Services benefit and reimbursement.

Removes Imperial, Los Angeles and Sacramento Counties from and add Mariposa and Placer Counties to the list of geographic areas offering Targeted Case Management (TCM) services for the "Medically Fragile Individuals” TCM group.   

proposes to allow Kentucky to create a single Preferred DrugList (PDL)

This amendment proposes to decrease workforce salary for home health care workers by reducing the worker recruitment and retention by 25 percent for certified home health agencies and hospice programs

updates the reimbursement rates for day health services

updates the reimbursement for ambulance services to be
no less than 65% of the average allowable reimbursement under Medicare for such services, with
non-Medicare covered services reimbursed on a fee schedule.

proposes to amend Tennessee’s professional dispensing fees

submitted to increase the Early Intervention/Family Training Services Rate

increases access to medications for Arkansas Medicaid members with opioid use disorder and removes prior authorization requirements for Medication Assisted Treatment
