Removes copays for medication assisted treatment (MAT) drugs for opioid use

Proposed to establish a single preferred drug list  (PDL) for Michigan Medicaid Pharmacy Coverage

Removes course of treatment and annual limitations on partial hospitalization services.

This amendment allows Puerto Rico to comply with federal regulation 42 CFR Part 455, Subpart E

proposes to extend the Indigent Care Pool and implement changes resulting in a net reduction

increases the reimbursement rates for Personal Care Services. 

Deletes the obsolete covered service “Community Mental Retardation Clinics” and add “Methadone Clinic Services” for adults as a covered service

Authorizes supplemental payments for the outpatient services of certain public general hospitals.
