CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to provide coverage of Remdesivir and Convalescent Plasma therapy treatment for hospitalized patients with confirmed or suspected COVID-19.

Effective for services on or after July 1, 2020, this amendment updates the fee schedule for Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF) for state fiscal year 2020.   

Revises the current Opioid Health Home (OHH) State Plan Amendment 

CMS is approving this time-limited state plan amendment to respond to the COVID-19 national emergency. The purpose of this amendment is to allow supplemental reimbursement for nursing facility ventilators related to the cost of care.

Provides a yearly inflationary increase for EPSDT services reimbursement rates as of July 1, 2020
