Supports states’ efforts to use available data to identify and address gaps and variations in use of oral health care in their Medicaid and CHIP programs, based on a model of continuous QI. This Toolkit describes a six-step process that states can use to analyze their data on oral health care access, and then design, implement, and evaluate targeted QI efforts, Dental Sealants for 6–9 Year-Old Children at Elevated Caries Risk (SEAL-CH), Percentage of Eligibles Who Received Preventive Dental Services (PDENT-CH).
