The purpose of T-MSIS technical instructions is primarily to provide state T-MSIS implementation and maintenance teams with additional context surrounding CMS reporting requirements and expectations.
The T-MSIS Coding Blog can now be found within the T-MSIS Data Guide (renamed as Technical Instructions) which contains information about the contents of the T-MSIS data set, its data dictionary, and specifications for data quality checks.
