Darryl Means is the Deputy Director of the Regional Management Office. In this role Darryl directs the operational activities of the Chicago and Seattle regional offices -including budget, information technology, human resources, administration, facilities, and logistics – and supports the Director in overseeing the regions’ programmatic and external affairs objectives. In a national role, he chairs the Regional Opioid Engagement Group. Darryl is a military Veteran and holds a master’s in health administration and a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. He has been with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services since 2009.
